Meditation

The word meditation stems from meditatum, a Latin term that means to ponder. The interest in meditation continues to grow and the health benefits are real.

Meditation is all about awareness, connection, learning to become present within your own being.

Meditation is the process of connection and expansion, regular meditation will bring beneficial change to the brain, mind and body, and can help support a quieter and calmer mind, slowing down mental energy. 

Meditation is a practice of non invasive/non judgmental intentional awareness of the present moment. 

Meditation is continually returning to life so that we don’t miss the present moment.

In meditation we cultivate a mind that just sees rather than a mind that is caught up in doing and seeking and achieving.

Take this moment to pause mentally and emotionally, give yourself permission to be free, take a few deep breaths, close your eyes and connect, connect to that still and silence part of  you, now rest there consciously within your awareness.
