Becoming Peaceful in a world that believes in fear, Could we live our lives and not experience so much STRESS? The mind is the beginning and the end to all of life’s experiences, it might not be obvious, but life is always one’s perception of reality, and our mind is all we have to offer the world. The idea of becoming more peaceful might not sound realistic when the human as we know it experiences many moments in FEAR, LOSS and LIMITATION, we can see much evidence of this throughout our history and especially in today’s current environment.
Being human we will experience many issues or problems that may bring on stressful thoughts and feelings? What’s been on your mind? Are you struggling with any areas of your life or your personal relationships perhaps, how is your mental wellbeing? Mental health issues are real and possible increasing as is disease and physical illness. Stress, worry or anxiety can be experienced in the material world, problems like financial issues, matters related to your house and home, problems can be found everywhere we look in all areas of life in both personal and professional. The good news is that we are only ever dealing with the mind and yes the mind can change, we can overcome psychological issues around stress. Change is possible, but not always easy at first, it takes personal responsibility, education and understanding of oneself through personal development, this requires an openness to change and the ability to self reflect on one’s life story.
What is your story about stress? we’ve all got one, what’s on your mind is it FIGHTING or FREEING you? it’s very important to keep an open mind when it comes to understanding your relationship with FEAR/stress, we can only ever learn from our past life experiences, learning about yourself without any judgment or feelings of guilt, shame or stress this is key and not so easy at first, the intention here is to see ourselves more clearly, what have you been focusing on? What are you thinking and believing mostly about in your world and is it serving you? Do you believe your life is working out for you and is it possible we are becoming more stressed and therefore mentally unwell, are we losing our mind to fear, psychological struggles and mental illness?
It feels and looks like we need change. Is humanity in need of a new mind, a new perspective on reality and can we change our mind? And the answer is YES, always yes, yes, yes we can. Understanding who we believe ourselves to be, helps us understand each other and how we fit in and function in the world. Your life is a unique journey, this is true for each individual, it starts at birth and continues throughout our whole lives right to the end.
What is needed to become more Peaceful, more centered and open-minded? Where do we start? How do we create a new mind, a new understanding that allows humanity to thrive and work incoherence with each other? What have we been focusing on individually and collectively, because what we focus on matters, stressful thoughts bring on more stressful thoughts and create more problems, not solutions.
Life will not always give us what we think we need, and love, kindness and peace are not always what we are experiencing and we can only learn from our past, learning from both successful and unsuccessful past life experiences in both personal and professional, can give us insights to valuable information that could contribute to creating positive change and a healthier brighter future, looking inwards without any judgment, guilt or shame at the memory of the past can give much clarity into who we believe ourselves to be and why we think and behave the way we do. When we understand that Stress and fearful thinking block positive change then we have a choice to focus on who we want to become mentally and emotionally.
How can we become peaceful? Think of the mind as a tool, learn to use your mind to create your reality and never be used by the mind. The nature of the mind to think, that’s its job, to analyze and to keep us safe from harem, the mind thinks the lungs breath and the heart beats, that is a natural law, but the human mind is struggling and may very well be in some kind of physiological overdrive, over thinking, people are emotionally overwhelmed, many people don’t believe in themselves personally and are unaware that they fill in any quiet moments to keep their mind out off any natural silence with external distractions off people, places and things, like radio,tv and mobile phones. Are we ever truly present?
A mind that cannot be still, will feel overwhelmed, replaying stories of a past and images of a future that is not working out. Know this, only the mind believes in psychological time, when in reality there is only now, this moment right here, right NOW, we all live in the same shared space from moment to moment, but the mind keeps us stuck in a past or future, daydreaming of a future and remembering a past all experienced in the present moment, wake up to the minds repetitive thinking, especially any stressful thoughts, you have a choice to let go of any thoughts stressful or not, as soon as you become aware and let go mentally, be still and listen deeply, all change starts from within, listen for internal guidance like intuition. There is already within you the ability to bounce back / build resilience, staying focused on healthy values, believing in core beliefs that serve you and the world positively and healthily, and never give up on LOVE.
At the core of being Human is all love, human beings are essentially born good whole and complete at birth, love is what we are born with we are hardwired for love, fear is inherently learned from our environment, the very environment that shapes and conditions our beliefs and behavior while creating a false sense of separation this false sense of separation is the true cause of all suffering in humanity because we have within us infinite positive intelligence to thrive as individuals and as a community globally and our natural state of being is wellness, a STILLNESS and PEACEFULNESS always present a neutral state of awareness not happy or sad. As babies, we are tapped into our own internal intuitive nature of LOVE, without love we can’t serve, But, by the time we are adults, we have become born believers to fear and duality conditioned by the early childhood environment. Supporting ourselves mentally and emotionally is a personal journey and unique to each person’s needs, one key element that is universal and we cannot live without, and that is LOVE. Love is the embodiment of all that is good and loving in this world, FEAR is the absence of love.
Learning about yourself, allows room to analyze and process information, we can only look deeply at ourselves when the mind is without judgment or stress, this helps to hold enough self-awareness to see ourselves more clearly, to see what fear is living within you. How you perceive yourself is on you and can be changed. Ask yourself how present are you at any given moment when you’re with family or friends and the world around you? becoming more present is a daily practice and it starts now.
Believe in yourself and the power of our mind, understand that thoughts create reality, integrity and intention direct the outcome, Positive mental health is only created by taking the right action even when uncertain or unsure of the future outcome, taking the right action in pursuit of positive mental health can require courage and vulnerability for successful mental and emotional balance, but without taking any kind of action with this new knowledge there is no direct experience and no movement forward towards the best possible version of ourselves.
Mental health is possibly our number one priority on the planet, the only thing keeping anyone from thinking and feeling positive about life is the storys we are telling ourselves, WHAT’S ON YOUR MIND? What beliefs are holding you back, it’s important to become more person-centered in our ability to manage ongoing stresses, become aware of stress early, positive mental health is an ongoing process, it is important to check-in and truly trust in one’s ability to adapt and grow. The first step is always the mind, working on our mental and emotional needs is personal for each person, what works for you may not suit another. What support do you need and how are you managing stress? Perhaps you could benefit from meditation or education and research in the area of Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing and self-management around time and energy. Think about what you need, write down all the things you believe creates positive mental, emotional and physical wellness. Look at your notes and see where you can put one positive change in your current reality today, one change that will support your overall well-being. What influences your actions? take care of yourself mentally, physically and emotionally by taking responsibility for your mind, a person can have all the success in the world and yet not be present or able to experience the joy and happiness that comes with good health and financial wealth, we can achieve many material and financial successes throughout our lives and still not be fully satisfied or grateful. What does this say about the human experience? Continue to grow in Self-awareness and compassion with confidence in taking on new challenges that help build resilience. Waking up mentally throughout your day, be present, it is only in the present moment we truly live, stay focused and free. How quickly you bounce back from unsuccessful moments, failure or drama will take on a new daily practice in itself, keeping clear boundaries and values to enable positive self-talk, and create a daily practice routine in healthy positive communication. Letting go of MIND and BECOMING PEACE, thoughts and beliefs reflect the quality of one’s mind, invest your energy wisely this is very important to improve the quality of one’s overall mental and emotional well-being. What core values will you truly honor?
