At the core of being Human is all love, human beings are essentially born good whole and complete at birth, hardwired for love. Fear is inherently learned from our environment, the very environment that shapes the conditions for our beliefs, fear creates a false sense of separation. What if, this false sense of separation is the true cause of all suffering in humanity. What if, we have within us infinite positive intelligence to thrive as individuals and as a community globally. What if, our natural state of being is wellness, a sense of mental and emotionall STILLNESS that is PEACEFUL at its core.
As babies we are tapped into our own internal intuitive nature of LOVE, without love we can’t serve, But, by the time we are adults, we have become born believers to fear and duality conditioned by the early childhood environment.
Supporting ourselves mentally and emotionally is a personal journey and unique to each person’s needs, one key element that is universal, we cannot live without LOVE. Looking deeply at ourselves when the mind is without judgment or stress helps us hold enough self-awareness to see what fear is living within the mind. How you perceive yourself is on you and can be changed.
How present are you at any given moment ? Becoming more present is a daily practice as we only ever live in this moment.

WHAT’S ON YOUR MIND? FEAR or LOVE, What beliefs are holding you back? Mental health is possibly our number one priority on the planet and the only thing keeping anyone from feeling positive about life is the story they are telling ourselves. A mind that cannot be still, will feel overwhelmed, replaying negative stories from past experiences or imagining a future that is not working out and this is how mantal and emotional stress is create. The good news, we are only ever dealing with the MIND and yes the mind can change, we can overcome psychological issues around stress, change is possible, but not always easy at first, it takes personal responsibility and understanding of oneself ,this requires an openness to change and the ability to self reflect on one’s life story, YOUR(PAST) Mental health issues are real, we have all experienced some level of stress, worry or anxiety, problems can be found in all areas of life in both personal and professional. Stressful thinking blocks positive change, however, we always have a choice at any moment. If humanity is to become more Peaceful and Centered for the purpose of wellness and the healing of trauma we will need to create a new world few, a new understanding that allows humanity to thrive and work with each other, focusing individually and collectively on the importance of inner peace, compassion and healing, because what we focus on matters.
The mind is the beginning and the end to all of life’s experiences, it might not be obvious, but life is always one’s perception of reality and our mind is all we have to offer the world.
