Before you read any foreder please note that there is no one formula that fits all, we are all individual and unique, let this little ebook be your guide as a reminder of how powerful and creative you truly are. Inner peace is within you, you just have to believe, after all it’s your mind and your life and WHAT YOU FOCUS ON MATTERS, you and only you, get to choose how you live and feel, so the question is, Who have you become? And are you truly happy and healthy? It is very importance to take care of your mental health and make it your priority. What’s going on in today’s world, why so much fear, stress and anxiety? It would seem that stress has become the buzz word for fear, we can look at stress in this way, when we believe our stressful thoughts we frighten ourselves and cause mental and emotional suffering. Throughout this read the concept of stress and inner peace are explored and all that is required, keep a journal to make personal notes, but most importantly, to keep an open mind. Learning about ourselves can be challenging. Do you think you need any professional mental health support? If so, Have you asked for support?  Take this moment to check in with yourself, are you experiencing any high levels of stress lately? We have all struggled with negative emotions at some point in the past? YES, of course most people have, Life sometimes can feel very busy world with constant change happening, creating a vast variety of contrasting experiences within our individual worlds and with other people. Therefore, our ability to deal with stress really needs reviewing and greater attention. Many people express their concerns and struggles in keeping up with the busyness of everyday demands and it would seem that almost everyone is affected in some way by mental health issues. Stress/Fear have become normalised, is this helpful? have we become so used to stress that we can not see the negative effects it is having in our lives on a daily basis, stress is affecting us mentally, physically and emotionally and this is why our mental health is of the most importance because we are only ever dealing with the mind and each individual is the only one responsible for their own mind. In an ideal world, I take care of my mentally business and you take care of yours, in the most gentle and compassionate manner, while getting the right support that works for our individual needs, although sometimes mental health services are not always available and accessible to some people who are in much need of mental health support, this is why we must work together to create positive solutions for wellbeing as a whole system, when we work together, we learn from each other and therefor we grow together.

Stress is not always active, but given the right atmosphere, buttons will be pushed and stress shows up in a flash, however we can learn from our stress, it can be helpful to Keep notes/journal of any repetitive negative thought forms not everything maybe two or tree to start with, this gives you an opportunity to look back and reflect on WHO, WHAT and WHEN your stress is most active, more importantly never judge yourself for negative thoughts or behaviour, when a stressful moment is over, it’s over, but we love to tell stories about who wronged us resulting in us condemning, judging and complaining about our past experiences and there are some very curl events being expressed around our world, people are angry about past situations and current events that are happening in the world today, you may even agree with them, but what if when we express emotions of anger, frustration, worry or ignorance this simple keeps us stock and creates more problems. Our emotions are real just as trauma is real, but what effect are they having on us on a personal level and in our community? Stress is very real, when a stressful situation moves on the moment it has passed, it’s over, holding onto it is the mind in guilt, shame, resentment or blame, this is the mind remembering(PAST) in the present moment. This causes us to hold ourselves back in emotional pain. It may be helpful to think about giving yourself permission to fail, moving forward with an intention to learn about yourself and understand our internal world of thought/forms (beliefs), for the purpose of positive change and by learning to love ourselves more deeply, what have you got to lose, but only fear. Stress is different from one person to the next, what might be stressful for you may not be a problem for other people. This understanding about fear is subjective to the individual and what we all have in common with stress, (when we believe our stressful thoughts we suffer)

When we change our perspective we can free ourselves of fear and change the way we look at a problem, we change focus and become open to other options. All change starts and ends within the mind, to understand the power the mind has on the body, see your thought forms, what are you thinking about? start to notice how your thoughts give rise to emotions within the body. Here is a very simple exercise, imagen someone you love, someone you feel positive about, hold that image in your mind’s eye, notice how that image makes you feel it has a positive response within you? Now try it in the negative, imagen or remember someone or some situation that’s not a good, what happens in your body, you feel off, that’s the power of mental imagery, we do this all day every day, unaware mostly. Focus on self-awareness and letting go of the negative narrative, that takes a bit of concise practice and our brain loves to learn new things and almost all change needs some level of focus and practise until it becomes familiar and feels natural and normal. 

 YOUR THOUGHTS AND FEELING TRULY CREATE YOUR REALITY? The mind is key here: think about how the mind operates, as you see it in your mind, you feel it in your body as an emotional response, you as a personality mentally project out from within your level of personal awareness; these are our own personal beliefs that we project out into the world and at times cause conflict and contrast when we believe we are right and out there is wrong. beliefs create reality and this is true for both the Positive and Negative life experiences, all psychological stress is created and caused by the mind, just to be clear, we are the cause of our own mental and emotional suffering, some people won’t see this, because the mind will give evidence of a story explaining how someone or some situation has caused us much distress. It is impossible to deny that you are the only one conicuse in your body and you can confirm you are the thinker off your mental life experience, HOWEVER you always have a choice, this is good news, when you change your mind’s perception you change your reality, yes this is easier said than done, but not impossible, all change requires some element of contrast, giving up something that no longer serves you comes with an element of withdrawal mentally and emotionally, just as starting something new requires focus and discipline at first because it doesn’t feel familiar, Anything is possible when we focus daily on a new version of reality, we must stay open to change and residents, the focus will always come back to the present moment, why? Because NOW is reality, Work with, where you are currently at, in your life, making some necessary changes needed for your wellbeing. If you could make one realistic change that could truly support a positive impact on your wellness, what would it be? one fundamental change to support your inner peace that will help create something new and positive from within you. A greater awareness of the present moment is needed to help understand ourselves in a more deep and transparent way, if we are to make peace with our past issues and to feel free emotionally concern of the further. know that we are only ever dealing with the mind, the understanding here is that only the mind believes in psychological time, (PAST & FUTURE) when in truth we only ever live, now, all psychological and emotional pain starts and ends within the mind as soon as the mind wakes up mentally out of any stressful thought form, it’s gone, its over, the mind thinks/remembers/images a past or future, stressful thought forms live only in our the mind, only mind has the ability to focus on stressful thinking. All psychological fear happens when we believe our negative thoughts.

A person expresses negative energy/mood, how do you react? Will you react and become defensive, feel irritated, angry, stressed or feel intimidated or overwhelmed, negative reactions are unconscious and defensive, essentially this is the subconscious body/mind feeling threatened this is why self awareness is your best friend when learning to be free from stress. Our personal thoughts and beliefs are what shape your personal reality. To start making positive changes in our life we start to change the way we view our lives, by really paying close attention to the conversation in our own head and the feelings we create in the body.

Your true self knows no suffering, the true nature of who we all are is CONSCIOUS infinite eternal and pure unconditional love/bliss. When we understand that the nature of our suffering is caused by our own mind we can choose to clear our mind and centre ourselves into the present moment, because at the core of who we all are, our natural state of being is wellness, no mind, no problems. Take the best creative and loving action in learning to TRUST in our own ability to heal, all healing and peace of mind live in the present moment, wake up to your now, become so familiar with being centred, mentally and emotionally aware of our personal (energy) by becoming present. INNER PEACE will heal the world; this is an inside job,What if inner peace is actually the natural state of being human, think about this for a moment, Who are you before any thought forms? Who are you before the mind tells your story? a story of a past or future you and if it’s all imagination, do you believe everything you think? Did you know it’s ok to question your thoughts. This concept of Inner peace/wellness or peace of mind is considered to be a healthy state of mind representing mental and biological balance and harmony of the mind and body.  When we truly experience peace of mind it creates a feeling of calmness inside the body and a stillness within the mind. The opposite experience would be stress or anxiety. In some cultures inner peace is considered to be a state of higher consciousness or enlightenment. Many people in the world today have difficulties embracing the idea of peace and feel disconnected from experiencing their own unique sense of inner peace or inner stillness/calmness, many people struggle with silence this maybe because life as we know it is always on the go and the mind is never really present, In life there is a constant flow of information that brings about different contrasting moments to everyday life experience, stressful energy forms create negative thinking and negative thoughts are the cause of all suffering, consider this, look at the Mind as the cause and Life is the effect, look around you wherever you are in this moment, the house is mind made and all that you sit on sleep on drive in are all mind made. The Mind lives in our brain creating an internal world that directly impacts the external material world reality. The Mind creates all SUFFERING, all psychological and emotional pain is either remembering a (PAST) or anticipating (FUTURE) Believing in stressful thoughts causes stressful emotions in the body, for example, If you want to give yourself anxiety, see yourself in a future that is not working out, if you want to give yourself depression remember your past when your life was not feeling good or healthy. The nature of the mind today is to be busy, and the power to change is in the present moment because we stop and start healing personal beliefs that are rooted in trauma. At the core of our fear individually and collectively is trauma and this trauma unhealed can be the cause of all drama being played out in todays reality, stress is an imbalance/sickness of the mind and has many faces like complaining, blaming, accusing or reacting and Inner peace is the difference between being mentally and emotionally healthy. We have two main emotion love or fear,  what kind of world are we creating is it (peace or drama)

 Take this moment to pause mentally and emotionally, give yourself permission to be free, take a few deep breaths, close your eyes and connect, connect to the still and silence part within you, now rest there consciously within your awareness. Self awareness is required as a pathway to see the personality more clearly such as beliefs/thoughts, meditation helps to strengthen that museal of self awareness and helps the brain and mind to focus and centre in the present moment, in meditation we can look more deeply within ourselves, without any judgement the intention here is compassion, meditation helps with self-awareness look at the inner mental and emotional forms that live within us and also supports learning to better get to know yourself by becoming aware of any mental self talk in judgement or criticism, become aware of thoughts more in meditation, notice when your thinking and let go, all negative self talk is unhelpful, because what brain/mind focuses on matters. What is the purpose of the mind? TO CREATE OUR REALITY, we have come a long way in the evolution of humanity just in the last 100 years we can see growth in the so many sectors such as the educational system, technology, science and many areas in medical and construction how we build our homes and so much more, our physical world has very much developed we are living in better homes driving much more advanced cars and planes and trains, we have much more stuff now than ever before. (Are we really happy and are we truly getting any healiter with all our new advances are we any closer to solveing suffering.) One thing that has not changed and never will change, fundamentally all human beings experience the same emotions and feelings across the globe, as the external world evolves it is clear that the internal world of the human mind still has much to learn and develop, especially when it comes to dealing with stress, anxiety and depression and as our mental health struggles to meet the demands of this ever changing world, While much of society focuses most of the educational system on intellectual subjects which are needed, as technology and our science evolve for the functioning of the physical world. However we are struggling in mental health and this might be because of a lack of focus in addressing humanities deep psychological needs and emotional intelligence as a whole system in mind and body connection, to heal the mind is to heal the body, emotional balance is a reflection of a calm or peaceful mind regarding what’s happening in the external world. The world is struggling mentally and emotionally and we all need to support the wellbeing of our current and future friends, family and neighbours. Have you ever experienced any kind of stress, worry, anxiety or depression? it would be hard to avoid any kind of negative stress. The good news is There are no new stressful thoughts. We human beings have two main emotions we experience these as love or fear. 

  • LOVE Peace, gratitude, joy,  happiness, compassion, forgiveness, optimism, serenity,  kindness 
  • FEAR Anger, despair, guild, shame, stress, anxiety,  blame, destruction, hopeless, depression

 The human mind only ever operates from these emotional opposites (love or fear) experienced by as our thoughts and beliefs. Every time you have a thought there is a biochemical reaction in the brain, you then release specific chemical signals in to the body, these chemical signals act as messengers for the thought form you are holding focus on mentally, as the body gets these chemical messages from your brain created by your thoughts, the body will immediately respond sending feedback to the brain that it is now feeling exactly the way the brain is thinking and believing in the moment, that’s how powerful your thoughts are they create feelings and emotions ever day of your life, time to pay attention to the story you are running in your head is it loving or fearful, your mind is your responsibility. There are no new stressful situations in life, Therefore, no new stressful thoughts, just simply recycled old past beliefs. The subconscious mind does not distinguish between negative or positive, the subconscious mind accepts all thought forms and beliefs as the truth. When you are judging or criticising other people your subconscious mind doesn’t separate itself, it accepts all information as though you are speaking directly to yourself, the mind is very powerful and complex with many layers, we are only beginning to unravel the workings of the human brain/mind. What we are thinking and believing in the moment we experience in the body as feeling emotions because of a chemical reaction in the brain and body, this is how you experience our reality. Without emotions there would be no emotional response to thoughts or beliefs, without thoughts and beliefs there would be no meaning in the world, no substance, nothing to create, nothing to play with. We live within our own personal consciousness full of beliefs and values we have inherited. Within these belief systems there is a psychological divide, a duality in our thinking( like or dislike, good or bad, right or wrong, love or fear). There is only ever one reality and it is this moment right here right now, think about this for a moment when was the last time you have experienced peace of mind, no thoughts. When you’re focused on stressful thoughts of the past or future, your in your head when in truth reality is the Here and Now and we are hardly ever in Direct danger in the Here and Now, pay attention to your internal narrative self-talk because what you are afraid of is your imagination, only the mind believes in a past and future. Reality will always be NOW, and are you ok now? We see the world as we believe it to be, therefore our experience of the world is through our own unique perception of the world we believe exists. Most of what we see in others is closer to our own truth, what we see within ourselves. The external world is your mirror because the mind creates reality. Look around you and if nature hasn’t created it, the human mind has.  Psychologically everything you don’t like in people can refelt what you don’t like about yourself. The subconscious mind does not lie, it accepts all thought forms as the truth, negative or positive. We view the world through our own unique personalities. It is our personal beliefs that creates our personal reality and it is here that we make the changes. To make lasting positive changes we must understand your beliefs around Love and Fear, questioning ourselves without judgement or criticism through gentle inquiry to get a better sense of negative thinking. All our belief systems are based on experiences from the past through are learnt behaviours from childhood and we have been conditioned by our external environment beliefs that already existed before you were born. Time to rewrite yesterday’s story, ask yourself what is it that is not serving you, what fears have you inherited that are holding you back? The mind represents the personality the self/ego believes in a past and a future and believes in duality, love and fear, because the brain has the ability to remember. We can also learn new information which can help us adapt to new environments. The single most important relationship you will ever experience in your lifetime is the relationship with self. As you are the only one present at every living moment of your life from birth onwards. The quality of this relationship is a direct reflection of the quality of your lifestyle mentally, physically and emotionally. The relationship we have with ourselves can be the most difficult and challenging at certain times in our lives. This may be because of poor mental health, fearful /stressful beliefs and because happiness has been misrepresented and much of what we believe about happiness is not authentic happiness, our Society puts much emphasis on external happiness through other people, places and things like the Importance of Being in a romantic partnership. Society is teaching us to put other people’s needs before our own. We live in a world that believes in lack and limitation and competition. We believe in success, fame and fortune and as we continue striving for perfectionism of the body and of our homes will struggle to keep up mentally and emotionally with life’s demands. The world is forever changing and can feel very noisy and confusing when we believe we don’t have time, energy, clarity or truth. We lose sight of ourselves and end up feeling last, lonely and frightened. Until we know ourselves on the inside by understanding our thoughts, feelings and emotions and how our social environment and Culture has influenced and created much of who we believe ourselves to be today, we cannot choose the right choices for our highest potential. When a belief is based, for example I am lonely and feel isolated and alone, in a world of millions of people then this will be the experience even in a crowded room . (Belief is more powerful than reality), beliefs are deeply rooted in the unconscious/subconscious mind hardwired within the brain, when we are unaware of our beliefs, we can be acting in ways that may seem self sabotaging because of unconscious beliefs that we are not in touch with, an example of a core belief ● I am not good enough, this can create deep rooted judgement of self  and criticism within the personality. Negative core beliefs have a story behind them. This is the Mind’s way of proving that these beliefs are real by giving evidence a (story) of a past event for proof or the mind will worry about the future, predicting negative outcomes because of past life experience. By taking responsibility for your thoughts and beliefs you take responsibility for your life. Thoughts create reality,  when we change your thoughts you change our reality. Know this for sure your personal beliefs are creating your personal reality.

 Self love is within us. We do not need to seek it. Seeking love and happiness outside of yourself is the absence of self love and truthfully we cannot always rely on other people, places or things for happiness as they exist in the external world can be taken away at any moment, searching for happiness and love when feel emotionally insecurity, for example low self worth can have us operating from fear and desire, this is not authentic happiness. To experience authentic happiness we must first experience our authentic self, our true nature, inner peace and stillness within. We have come to rely on our physical senses to interpret the world. Because of our physical senses we believe that we are physical beings in a physical world having a physical and experience and that we are separate entities from one another. These beliefs contribute to a sense of separation but this is far from the truth. The truth is we are connected to everything in a quantum field. We are connected to a sea of information in a quantum field that is beyond this physical dimension of space and time. The physical human body is organised patterns of energy and information, and is unified with everything in the quantum field. The quantum field response not to what you think you want it responds to how you are being and feeling in the present moment. Think of your thoughts as an electric charge into the quantum Field and feelings as the magnetic charge in the field. The thoughts we think send an electronic signal out into the field and it is through our feelings we generate magnetically drawing events into our own unique reality. How we think and how we feel produces a state of being that generates an electromagnetic signal that influences every atom in our body and mind. That is how powerful you are.  Life is not happening to you, life is happening through you, you are co.creating your own reality through thoughts, feelings and emotions which are all expressed through the emotional language of  love or  fear.

Scientific research on the heart as an energy field. Groundbreaking scientific research from The institute of Heartmath including other scientists have reviewed the following.

  1. The heart has an electromagnetic energy that creates an energy field around the body encompassing the body for about 3 to 4 feet and 360 degrees in every direction.
  2. The heart sends more signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart. The heart contains a neuronal circuitry. The heart has a brain.
  3. The heart’s electrical fields are 40 to 60 times stronger than the brain electrical fields.

You are way more powerful than you know, you just need to believe in yourself.  INNER PEACE • EXPERIENCE • Heart and Brain meditation • Put life on hold and pause for just a moment ● Re-balance and refocus your energy :  Experience your Breath, gently please all of your mental attention and focus on your heart and begin to breathe a little more slowly, as if your breath is coming from the heart. This is a very powerful technique especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed or because you simply want to connect with your true self.  As you slow your breathing you are sending a signal to your body and your heart  that you are in a place that is safe and it is ok for you to turn your attention inwards. Activating a positive feeling, making a genuine attempt to feel appreciation or focuse on someone you love, the key is to creating a positive feeling to the best of your ability. Now embrace this positive feeling. Your ability to sustain this positive feeling in your body will maintain the optimal connection between your heart and your brain. Connect to your Heart to the quiet still place within you that peaceful place between thoughts. gently surrender to INNER PEACE, This practice can help you cope better with stress, depression and physical pain and if you’re feeling panicked or under pressure or triggered for any negative reason always connect to your heart.
  • Self enquiry- moving closer to our relationship with the fearful false self. When you look inward you see yourself more clearly and know the truth of who you are, you have clarity that you did not have before. Knowing that you are a loving positive powerful being who is tapped into the very fabric and heart of the Universe fully connected at all times to life itself. When you operate consciously choosing love to create your reality you are balanced mentally and emotionally and your unique magnetic and energetic frequency is coming from the heart’s authentic space and your true nature inner peace. The quantum Field is very real; having clarity when creating your own experiences is second nature. The truth about reality is that you are without a doubt much more than a human being with a personality living a physical world believing life is happening to you. The human mind, body and heart is both physical and non physical and is co-creating reality through the real and conscious universal field, when you’re aligned with our heart you have clarity, when you have clarity you have peace of mind. Love is the ultimate truth and the only thing that is Real, fear is the error of the human mind, The mind believes in identification with the personality and the physical world. What we see, hear, smell, taste and touch is not just all that makes up your world/reality. The error for humanity is that by just living with these 5 senses we are limiting our potential and creativity this also causes us to separate from one another around the world, because our true belief is that our authentic self is inner peace and that love is the only thing that’s real. Choosing love over fear is the mind waking up in the persent moment and making a conscious effort to experience self compassion over stress. Creating change is a daily practice when you consciously pause throughout the day as often as possible you are waking up out of the imagination of the daydreaming Mind, your true consciousness is awakened.

Re-balance and re-focus: practise this pause technique as regularly as possible a thousand times a day as this will bring you closer and more familiar to your unique experience with the inner peace within you. The more you wake up the more conscious you become and your level of self awareness deepens allowing you to gently and peacefully return to the present moment over and over again to choose love over fear.○ Mental detox, breaking the bad habits of negative thinking can be challenging at first as it will bring your awareness to the negative self talk- the self critic, know that you are not alone everyone has experienced self criticism. Creating the habit to make a conscious effort to Stop All self criticism and self judgments become aware of all negative thoughts and beliefs as they are happening in the mind, as soon as you become aware of them gently surrender to INNER PEACE practise the pause technique. During this period of mental detox it is good to know that you are training your mind to obey you rather than you obey your mind you are training your mind to wake up to negative thinking and then consciously choosing to let go of the negative, this will help you develop the habit of conscience concentration the ability to choose our thoughts thereby creating the habit of positive thinking and to rise above criticism. If you hold criticism within you or judgement for whatever reason then you are open to attack from the external world from other people.

When you look in the mirror at your face and body do you complement? How do you feel? Is it positive? Do you feel grateful or do you feel that something needs to be different? How often do you praise yourself compared to how often you criticise yourself? Have you ever  looked into your own eyes and said “I LOVE YOU” because it’s a kind thing to do. you are the LOVE in your life, you wake up with you, you go to bed with you, you feed you and take care of you, because that’s what LOVE does. It’s kind and generous

 Do you believe you deserve to be LOVE • What’s stopping you from experiencing your LOVE ? Self love is the Greatest Gift you can give yourself! The doorway to self love is through teaching yourself the art of self compassion, what is self compassion? To choose loving kindness over fear and self rejection in the present moment. Self compassion holds the space for self acceptance and self love. By practising a non judgemental attitude towards ourselves we learn to stop criticising the world around us and start to experience a better quality of mental(energy) and a peaceful state of mind. Self judgement and Gilt are such a crippling emotion we have all experienced guilt and shame, these are too powerful emotions. Remember every time you think a guilty thought you have signalled your drain and body to produce the specific chemicals to make up the feeling of guilt. When the mind has focused on thoughts and beliefs around guilt or shame it will flood the body with a hormonal chemical reaction to experience guilt and shame in the body. When you focus on stressful thoughts often enough over weeks then months this will become a personality trait. When we repetitively think the same thoughts negative or positive over and over neurons in the brain fire together and wire together creating a new neural pathway thereby creating a new belief. When this belief is experienced in the body chemically often enough over weeks to months this becomes a new personality trait. Waking up to experiencing the pause technique is an act of compassion. When you can sit comfortably in our own inner stillness and become familiar with the unfamiliar, change is happening. By practising inner peace on a daily basis you are putting your mental health first and making this your only goal to connect with your unique experience with the stillness within you. What was once unfamiliar (peacefulness) becomes familiar. You are now creating a new habit, the habit of self compassion returning home to your authentic self before identification of who you believe yourself to be. This can seem challenging as the personality can be addicted to drama, stress and anxiety; these are addictive emotions and hard wired within the subconscious mind/body. Self compassion is about waking up to your emotional pain without judgement or criticism. Self compassion is not resistant, a compassionate mind-set recognises that life has ups and downs, life can be challenging and difficult this is true for everyone. Everyone will experience suffering in their lifetime. How we respond and react to stressful situations is a direct reflection of the relationship you have with yourself. In life sickness and death are part of the human experience. Sometimes in life we believe life is not going our way when we resist reality we suffer every time. When you believe life isn’t going your way, this is simply because you are going the wrong way with your thoughts, there are no mistakes in life, only experiences. When we stop judging these experiences as good or bad then we allow reality to unfold without attachment to any outcome, knowing that love is the only truth, work with love and you will be on the right pathway, life problems or situation will come and go, embrace them with love, learn from them, they are learning experiences that will help your personal growth. Always upport yourself first and then others who may be stuck in judgement.

 The power of forgiveness:  To feel connected to our intuitive heart, the true centre of emotional intelligence comes down to how present we are, remember all fearful and stressful thoughts are the cause of our suffering and the only healing required is psychological, a shift in one’s perception from FEAR to LOVE. Shift your perception to compassion at freewill from the head to the heart, returning home to love to experience acceptance in the present moment of all our thoughts negative or positive, thoughts forms are just thoughts and have no power over a person on till we feel them, when we feel in to a thought form it brings it to life through feeling and emotional reaction. To become more balanced mentally and emotionally, start to make a conscious effort and commitment to your daily practice of inner peace. When the mind sees through the eyes of compassion only then can a person move forward in the world with a much clearer understanding of how to be present in peaceful self awareness only then can we learn to tap into our emotional intelligence. As soon as you wake up to negative thinking you are free to refocus your energy and start living from your heart’s intelligence. We may never be able to control our own mind in this lifetime, although we can learn to accept the present moment by activating our heart’s intelligence and become emotionally available to ourselves and to wake up mentally and master the present moment with feelings of compassion or gratitude. Forgiveness is needed in order to heal from the past, forgiveness is required in order to release and let go of the past. We can’t change the past but maybe we can learn about ourselves and how the past is influencing your thoughts and beliefs in our world today. When you hold resentment toward another you are bound energetically to that person like an invisible emotional link, forgiveness is the only way to dissolve this link and free your personal energy up. If you can recognise the value in forgiveness and experience the positive impact it can have on your life you stop being the victim and feeling controlled. Self forgiveness is a important process in creating inner peace as we no longer become the victim of our past circumstances.  This does not mean that we become passive, it means we learn to say NO to the world saying no you are saying yes to what’s true for you, we cannot give to others what we do not have, we must give to ourselves until we are overflowing with resources of emotional intelligence feeling balance in the clarity of the HEART, then we give from the overflow of pure positive energy. Take care of your body, treat the body with respect and gratitude, making changes like exercise and healthy nutritional meals, making changes around nagative chooses like smoking or drugs or alcohol will always be better for you, as this will help support clarity and a clearer mind, stopping alcohol or drugs leaves you back with your thoughts and feelings,but when you have the tools to work on yourself you can move forward in these areas. We self soothe and self sabotage to suppress and avoid negative emotions because we don’t know how to deal with them. The only way out is thruogh to pain, to accept and love all aspects of ourselves without  judgement or criticism is the power of true self compassion. When we allow our true nature to shine we affect the world around us. We are leading  by example not trying to fix or change anybody allow them to be. Inner peace represents that we stay in our own business, not judging or criticising others allows us to stay in our own business, this is freedom of mind. Call it meditation, mindfulness or self awareness. At the end of the day we are only ever dealing with our own mind. It becomes a conscious decision to wake up to your attachment to your own repetitive stories of judgement, criticism and the victim. It will always be a conscious decision to turn inwards to experience freedom and love. Always listen to your Intuition it speaks the truth, it is the language of the heart/love, always available and never analysing , unlike the mental level of thinking, understanding the love and wisdom that arises from the heart can be even greater than what arises from your mind. Trusting in your ability to cope with everyday stresses is you having Faith in you and your ability to heal, Rebalance and Refocus your energy. life loves you, go live from your whole heart,
